In the early hours of this morning, two long-range rockets fired by Hezbollah struck the community of Moreshet in the Misgav region, causing significant damage. Homes and vehicles were destroyed, and the sense of security for residents was shattered. The strikes were part of a barrage of around 150 rockets, cruise missiles, and UAVs fired into Israel overnight, most targeting the north.
In another intense moment, Kiryat Bialik faced direct hits, with a 16-year-old girl and her grandfather among the injured. The impact left their house with shattered windows and significant damage, but miraculously, their lives were spared.
The IDF's Iron Dome intercepted most of the threats, but the barrage reminded all Israelis of the persistent danger posed by Hezbollah. Despite the destruction, an Israeli flag was raised over the damaged home in Kiryat Bialik – a testament to Israel's enduring spirit and resilience.
As the IDF responded with strikes on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, the message is clear: Israel will defend itself and stand firm against terror.
