Israeli aircraft, artillery and ground troops continued to batter Hezbollah positions all over southern Lebanon on Wednesday, while volleys of Hezbollah rockets were fired into northern Israel, causing some damage and starting several fires but causing few serious injuries. Hezbollah positions in the Lebanese port city of Tyre was hit hard on Wednesday for the first time, three hours after IDF Arab Media Spokesperson Avichay Adraee posted a warning on X saying residents of the neighborhoods where Hezbollah has set up positions needed to leave immediately and head "north of the Awali River."

"Anyone who is near Hezbollah facilities and combat equipment is putting his life in danger," he added. "Hezbollah's activities force the IDF to act against it forcefully, as it does not intend to harm you."

Meanwhile, dozens of rockets and UAV's were fired into Israel by Hezbollah throughout the day on Wednesday, setting off air raid sirens in Tel Aviv, Nazareth, the Upper Galilee, Central Galilee, and Haifa Bay regions.

Most of the incoming ordnance was intercepted, while some fell in open areas causing a few fires that were put out by firefighting crews.

Additionally, a building in the Naaman industrial area was hit by a rocket, causing severe damage and setting the building on fire.

Magen David Adom reported responding to several calls, but as of Wednesday afternoon no serious injuries had been caused by any of the Hezbollah attacks.
