Iran's Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad visited Kharg island on Sunday in a demonstration that the regime is not afraid of possible Israeli strikes on the Islamic Republic's oil facilities despite reports that Israel is considering such a move in retaliation for the ballistic missile attack last Tuesday. Meanwhile, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant visited Israeli Air Force bases on Sunday and downplayed the damage that had been done to them by the Iranian attack, adding that the Air Force was ready to strike back at Iran.
Iranian officials have retorted that they're ready to fire an even stronger barrage of ballistic missiles at Israel, with an "informed source" within the military telling the Tasnim news agency that “The plan for the necessary response to a possible action by the Zionists (Israel) has been fully prepared. If Israel takes action, there will be no doubt that an Iranian counterattack will be carried out. Iran has a list of many Israeli targets,” and has demonstrated that "we can level to the ground any place it desires.”
