Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has issued a strong warning to Hezbollah, stating that Israel will not tolerate any drone threats from Lebanon. Speaking from an IDF position in southern Lebanon, Katz emphasized Israel's firm stance, declaring that either Hezbollah ceases its drone activity, or the group itself ceases to exist. His remarks came just days after the IDF shot down a Lebanese drone suspected of gathering intelligence on Israeli defense positions.

Katz’s warning extends to Hezbollah’s leadership, advising them to heed the lessons of their predecessors. “I advise the successor of the successor of Nasrallah not to make a mistake regarding Israeli determination as his predecessors did - lest he pay a heavy price,” Katz stated. He also urged IDF troops to maintain a zero-tolerance policy for ceasefire violations, especially those involving drone operations.

While Hezbollah has largely refrained from firing on Israeli territory since the ceasefire, the group has conducted frequent ground probes and air-based intelligence-gathering missions, such as the recent drone incident. Katz's comments underscore Israel's resolve to take swift and decisive action against any perceived threats.

Meanwhile, in Gaza, the IDF confirmed two separate airstrikes targeting vehicles that attempted to evade inspection while traveling between central and northern Gaza. While reports of casualties remain unconfirmed, IDF sources stated that airstrikes were a primary response, given the ongoing challenges of carrying out arrests after the IDF’s partial withdrawal.

In the West Bank, the IDF’s Operation Iron Wall is still in full swing, targeting terrorist infrastructure and operatives in areas like Tammun. The operation has resulted in the elimination of at least 50 terrorists and the arrest of over 100 wanted individuals. These efforts also include airstrikes, which have reportedly killed over 35 terrorists and confiscated weapons, explosive devices, and roadside charges designed to harm IDF forces.

Operation Iron Wall aims to dismantle embedded terrorist networks in Jenin and its surrounding areas, enhancing security and thwarting terror attacks in Israel.

As the IDF continues its operations in the West Bank and southern Lebanon, Israeli officials are sending a clear message: any threats to national security, whether through drones or ground operations, will not be tolerated, and swift action will be taken.
